This Festival is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. All guests shall remain respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons and agree to comply with requests from Festival staff regarding Festival policies, emergency response procedures and behavior which impacts the event experience of fellow spectators. The Festival values all guests and reserves the right to eject any patron for any reason, including not treating other guests at the Festival with dignity and respect.

  • What if there’s inclement weather?

In the case of extreme weather (extreme high speed winds, lightening, hail, torrential downpour), the emergency exit/blow out gate breakdown plan is as follows.  At the first sign of extreme weather, the first course of action is to encourage all guests and crew to leave the venue to seek safety inside Beaver Run Resort main parking garage. Guests will be guided to the main entry/exit to allow for safe and timely egress. Announcements will be made via the main stage emcee and the karaoke stage emcee.  Vendors and event staff will pull down or drop the legs on all tents as much as possible to avoid tents becoming hazardous.  Vendors will move into the parking garage as well. Event staff will move into Peak 17 ballroom. The event will resume only after it has been determined to be safe by the appropriate parties to include the Beaver Run Resort, Breckenridge PD and/or Radiate Live management.  Lightning will be monitored and if it comes within 2 miles of the event venue, guests will be evacuated to the Beaver Run main parking garage.

If event is called due to weather with over one hour left, attendees will be offered a ticket to another Radiate Live Event.  No refunds will be offered.

  • What if I’ve lost my child?

The Main Event Security & Safety tent will be next to the event entrance/ticketing area. An event medic will be there at all times and Breckenridge Police as well as hired event security will be near there at all times.  Please let one of these personnel or an event staff know immediately if you have lost your child.  If your child is old enough, please let your children know ahead of time that if they become lost, to go to this tent and tell one of the event staff or security. There will also be security, Breckenridge Police and event staff throughout the event site with radios. You can alert any one of these people as well.  As soon as a security personnel or event staff is assigned to your child, we’ll make announcements on stage until you’re reunited.

  • Is there a lost & found?

Yes at the ticketing booth. See policies below for specifics.

  • Will there be a medic on site?

Yes, there will be a red medic (EMS) tent staffed throughout the day if you have any issues. The Main Event Security & Safety tent will be the red one just behind the event entrance/ticketing area.  An event medic will be there at all times and Breckenridge Police as well as hired event security will be near there at all times.

  • What do I do if I’ve had too much to drink?

In the case of over-consumption, security or Radiate Live management will offer the patron a place to cool off inside Peak 17 ballroom, water and food if needed plus any basic first aid.  Pending an evaluation by the medic, security or Radiate Live management will release the person to a responsible party if the patient does not need further medical assistance. Following assessment, care and all other medical procedures to handle the situation, and if the attendee is in anyway a danger to the staff or themselves, Breckenridge PD will be called for assistance.  In extreme cases and if deemed necessary we will call local EMS transport to appropriate facilities.  911 will be utilized for ambulance dispatching.
